Landmark Hospitality is a privately held hospitality investment and development firm based in Phoenix Arizona. LH’s primary focus is on the acquisition and repositioning of existing hotel assets, the development of new limited service hotels and the management of all operations for portfolio hotels. From its inception, Landmark Hospitality and its partner companies have booked in excess of 1,250,000 room nights in Arizona. Landmark Hospitality’s mission is to provide our guests with an exceptional level of service at value oriented pricing, while maintaining a suitable return for our principals.

Partners Anand Patel, Ameesh Patel, Jyotindra Patel, Ghanshyam Patel and Ramesh Patel are responsible for the management of Landmark Hospitality’s financial obligations and ongoing asset management issues, and the securitization of real estate investments.

Landmark Hospitality is a full service hotel company that performs the investment, management, and construction management of our real estate portfolio. Landmark Hospitality works closely with a number of major national financial institutions and has historical relationships with many partners and lenders, including PMC Capital, Wells Fargo, The Bank of Las Vegas, and Bank of America.

Landmark Hospitality has also worked with many national franchises including The Hilton Family, Intercontinental Hotels, Choice Hotels, and Cendant Corporation.
